/ Front of house · London
Cover the hours you'd hire for.
Your agent answers the phone around the clock, texts back every missed call inside a minute, and writes the job into your calendar — under a name you choose, on your accounts, wired into the tools you already run on.
/ The problem, in one line
Every missed call is a customer ringing the next name on the list.
You already know the hours you lose them in — the lunch rush, after five, Saturday, and the second line ringing while someone is stood in front of you. Those are the hours this covers.
/ What it actually does
Six jobs, no jargon.
Nothing here is a pilot or a promise. Each one gets built, tested with you, and handed over working.
Picks up on the second ring, 24/7
Your agent takes the call in a natural voice, answers the questions you get asked forty times a week, and never puts anyone on hold. It introduces itself by whatever name you give it.
Writes the job straight into your diary
Real availability, your rules — travel time, job length, the days you don't work. Confirmation reaches the customer before they hang up.
Texts back every missed call in 60 seconds
The highest-return thing most small businesses still aren't doing. If the phone rang out, they get a message offering a time.
Reminders, confirmations, no-shows
Day-before and morning-of reminders, one-tap reschedule, and a follow-up when someone doesn't turn up.
Requests the review while they still mean it
Sent once the job is marked done, timed and worded to actually get answered — straight to your Google profile.
Wakes up the customers you already have
Your old bookings are a list. We work it — a seasonal reason to come back, sent to people who already trust you.
/ Engagement model
We build it. You decide who runs it.
One scoped setup engagement — designed, built, integrated and handed over with your team trained on it. After that, keep us on to operate it, or take the keys.
/ Step 01 · every client starts here
Setup & integration
One agent, one number, your calendar and your CRM — audited, built, tested and handed over with your team trained on it. Larger builds are scoped on the call and quoted itemised: more operators, more channels, more to integrate. Fixed in writing before anything starts.
- Discovery consultation and stack design
- Agent built and configured for your business
- Workflows and integrations wired — CRM, calendars, voice, channels
- Handover training: your team shown how it all fits together
- One round of script tuning after go-live
Front desk
Start hereOne agent on your main number, watched by us. It answers, it books, it texts back what it missed. Built for a business that would otherwise be sending calls to voicemail.
- 150 connected calls included, then £0.95 each
- Bookings and missed-call text-backs — never metered
- Your own dashboard login and Monday summary
- Monitored and kept working; email support
Managed operations
3 slots openWe don't just keep it alive, we operate it — tuning, campaign runs, fixes and new workflow requests, across the whole fleet rather than one agent.
- Everything in front desk, across every operator
- Campaign runs and new workflow requests
- A named operations lead
- First volume band of one operator included
Self-run
Always availableYou take the keys. Your team runs the stack we built and trained you on. Your only ongoing costs are your own platform subscriptions, in your name, under your control.
- Full handover — stack, workflows, documentation
- Platform subscriptions in your name
- Re-engage any time for changes or new agents
- Move onto a monthly plan whenever you want
/ What moves the price
Volume moves you up a band.
Front desk starts at £250 a month with 150 calls inside it. Past that you move up a band rather than paying overage forever — and above the reception band you're into managed operations, which starts at £1,500 with the first band of one operator included. Nothing is bought off the page: we size it against your real numbers on the call and confirm the figures in writing at setup.

What counts as one bookingA booking taken on a call you already paid for is never counted again — you are not charged twice for the same customer. Booking bands apply to bookings arriving from other channels: web chat, WhatsApp, forms and campaigns. Reschedules are free; a cancellation within 24 hours of being made is not counted.
Lead generation (Atlas), lead qualification (Vesta), websites and the content engine (Calliope) run on the same band model and are sized on the same call.
Two consecutive months past a band and we move you up — by then the next band costs you less than the overage did.
/ The maths
Your cost per covered hour.
This is about covering hours you can't staff, not the people you already have. Put your own numbers in.
/ How it works
Four steps, about two weeks.
Strategy call
We go through how work actually reaches you today — the calls, the diary, the excuses you make for the phone. You get the plan whether or not you buy the build.
90 minutesBuild
Set up on accounts in your name, written to your voice and your prices, wired into the calendar and CRM you already use.
5–8 working daysTest and train
Real bookings run end to end before it touches a customer, then we train whoever runs your front desk until they can change it themselves.
2 sessionsManaged, or yours
Put it on a monthly plan and we watch, tune and answer for it — or take the keys and pay only your own platform subscriptions.
Changeable/ After launch
You see everything it did.
No black box. From day one you have a login of your own, and a summary that arrives whether or not you open it.
Your own dashboard login
Every call with its recording and transcript, every booking made, every message sent and received, and the customer record behind each one. It's your account — you keep it if you ever leave us.
Monday morning summary
Calls answered, calls recovered, bookings made, reviews collected, and anything the agent passed to a human. One email, plain English, the numbers you'd actually be asked about.
/ Questions
The ones we get asked.
Will it sound like a robot?
Judge it yourself — we'll ring you from it on the strategy call. It interrupts and recovers like a person does, says it's an assistant if asked directly, and hands over to a human the moment a caller wants one.
Can I give it a name?
Yes, and you should. Your agent introduces itself however you want — your own name for it, your business's name, or just "the booking line". Callers hear your brand, not ours. Internally we run it on our phone and booking operator (Livia), but that name never reaches your customers unless you want it to.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. It sits behind the number you already advertise. You choose whether it answers everything, only what rings out, or only outside your hours.
What happens when it doesn't know something?
It says so, takes the details, and puts the caller in front of a human — transferring live or flagging a callback. It's built to admit a gap rather than invent an answer, and those gaps are what the tuning round fixes.
Am I charged twice if a call turns into a booking?
No. A booking taken on a call you already paid for is never metered. Booking charges only ever apply to bookings that arrive from somewhere else — web chat, WhatsApp, a form or a campaign — and only above the front desk tier.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Everything is built on subscriptions in your business's name with you as owner. Stop working with us and you change the password and carry on — nothing is held hostage in our systems.
What about GDPR — it's recording my customers?
Callers are told the call is recorded and why, recordings sit in your account under a retention period you set, and you get a signed data-processing agreement covering the work we do on your behalf. We supply the wording for your own privacy notice too.
Is this you telling me to sack my receptionist?
No, and we'd argue against it. It's built to cover hours nobody is staffing — nights, weekends, the overflow line. The businesses that get the most from it keep a person on the calls they're best at and stop losing the rest.
What's the difference between front desk and managed operations?
Front desk is one agent on one number, kept working. Managed operations is us running the whole fleet for you — lead generation, campaigns, content, new workflows on request, with a named operations lead. Most small businesses want the first one. You can move up whenever the volume says so.
Is £600 really the whole setup?
For a front desk build, yes — one agent, one number, your calendar and CRM, tested and handed over. It's fixed because we've done it enough times to know what it takes. A multi-site or regulated build is a different job and gets scoped and quoted on the call.
Am I tied in?
Three months to start, so the build has time to prove itself, then it's rolling month to month. Cancel and the accounts stay yours — you can keep running the stack on your own subscriptions.
